Purpose of Forum

The announcements section of the forum will be limited to announcements posted by either the webmaster or secretary for the Society.

When contributing to general discussion among the members of this Society, it should be borne in mind that Committee members, including the Chair, are not speaking 'on behalf of the Committee', but purely in a personal capacity. If any Committee decisions are to be communicated (concerning matters that the Committee is empowered to decide, under the terms of our Constitution), then the Chair or Secretary will communicate these, explicitly 'flagged' as such.

It should also be noted that inflammatory or abusive language will not be tolerated. As the Moderator of our website, Andy Lee will remove any such messages, and the person posting any such message will face expulsion from the forum.
